• Distributed systems, APIs, event-driven and microservices architecture; CI/CD and developer tooling; OCP or GCP
• Hands-on Devin, Claude (Anthropic) and Cursor or similar tools
• Prompt engineering, RAG, agent and multi-agent workflows, MCP servers and integrations
• Leading tool onboarding, training and adoption across teams
• Submission needs a skills matrix: years and a 1-5 self-rating for Java, React, Angular, Python, CI/CD, GCP, Devin, Cursor, MCP, RAG, GenAI and Agentic AI
