Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (mandatory).
• Experience testing high-volume enterprise applications and complex integrations.
• Knowledge of performance testing methodologies, APIs, middleware, batch processing, and asynchronous integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Convergent Mediation, or SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with CRM-to-SAP/ERP integrations.
• Experience in tolling, transportation, public-sector, or cloud/hybrid environments.
