Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms. MVC experience will not be accepted as a substitute.
• Advanced proficiency in VB.NET or C# and Visual Studio 2010 or later.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with AJAX, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Working knowledge of JSON and XML.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures.
• Experience with SQL Server 2016 or later.
• Knowledge of console and batch applications for data interfaces.
• Basic experience developing web services using WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git source code management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a public-facing environment, and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining payment applications.
• Experience with licensing and permitting applications.
• Data conversion and migration experience, excluding DTS and SSIS migration packages.
• Experience with Crystal Reports Designer.
• Knowledge of ADA Title II compliance.
