Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis.

7+ years of experience working in Agile software development environments.

7+ years of hands-on experience with manual testing.

7+ years of experience with automated testing.

7+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).

7+ years of experience conducting business-process meetings with individuals and groups.

7+ years of experience using Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques.

7+ years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

7+ years of experience designing, maintaining, and scaling automated testing frameworks from scratch.

7+ years of experience with Selenium or similar automation tools.

7+ years of experience creating and updating automation scripts based on UI changes and new functionality.

5+ years of experience testing REST APIs and microservices.

Hands-on experience with Postman, Insomnia, or similar API testing tools.

7+ years of experience translating functional specifications into technical specifications.

7+ years of experience creating process models and/or process flow models.

7+ years of experience working with stakeholders to understand requirements, data needs, and resolve issues.

7+ years of experience creating technical documentation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).

Food, Nutrition and Wellness (FNW) business processes.

Florida Direct Certification (FDC) application.

Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) application.

Admin Review (AR) application.

Government/public-sector application development and QA environments.
