Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field) of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences project/program management. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, PhD) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MSc, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Experience within Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Medical Operations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.
• Experience supporting launch, evidence generation, congress, or strategic planning activities.
