Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of DevOps experience.

5+ years of experience with Scrum, Agile/iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.

5+ years of IT Project Management experience.

5+ years of strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5+ years of experience gathering and understanding business requirements.

2+ years of ITSM experience, including ServiceNow and/or BMC Remedy.

Experience with Incident Management and Change Management.

Strong understanding of the Software/Application Development Lifecycle.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.

Broad understanding of enterprise technologies and applications.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.

Understanding of industry quality standards, best practices, security, and accessibility.

Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and technical teams.

Preferred / Desired:

Experience supporting application modernization projects.

Experience with COTS product implementation/adoption.

Experience working in a public-sector or large enterprise IT environment.

Experience with application portfolio management and documentation.
